Monkey Art

I made these monkey canvases for a friend of mine who had a baby earlier this year. I just LOVE the colors of this room! I love how she painted the wall too!!

Chocolate Polkadots sign!

I need a sign to advertise my business for the art show this week...so this is the sign I painted to match my business cards! It will hang in my tent for all the world to see! LOL The first pic is a close up - and is a little blurry but I was having so much trouble with the lighting inside this house to get a good picture last night.

Here are a few more getting ready to be in the show! I have tomorrow and Thursday left to be ready for it. Yikes!!! I hope my art sells like crazy! That would be awesome! This is the first actual show I've been in...so we'll see what happens!! This first picture is my first attempt as some contemporary art. :)

Ashlyn went shopping with her grandma and she brought me back this AWESOME cupcake snowman! I was so excited! So I decided to paint him. :)

I just love this cupcake snowman she bought for me! :) Makes me smile!!

Today was a fall rainy day! I had the windows open...listening to the rain outside (and my kids riding their bikes through the puddles...laughing and having so much fun) and painting!

Ashlyn and I designed this art piece together! I think she did an amazing job! We decoupaged this piece! So fun!

I haven't kept up on posting like I wanted too....I've been so busy trying to get all this art finished for the festival next week! I finished a set of 12 Italian art pics yesterday, but haven't taken pictures yet. Today I finished taking pictures and am just now getting them posted!! I'll try to do better! :)

My sister Krista and I are also in the middle of planning my dad's retirement party for November! He retired last Friday from working at American Airlines for gazillions of years! LOL

I'm having trouble deciding what paintings are going to sell the best...I am not sure which ones to paint the most of!!! Any suggestions??? Would LOVE to hear what you think!!!!! :)

Oops - I forgot to take the paint drop cloth off the floor when I snapped this picture! LOL
